Job summary

Philips is seeking an INR Enrollment Representative to be the first point of contact for new patients in the INR testing program. You will process enrollments, verify insurance, and provide cost estimates while supporting clinics and patients by phone or email.

You should have 1+ year in data entry or customer service, knowledge of PHI/HIPAA is preferred, and a high school diploma. This is an in-office, full-time role requiring strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in data entry, customer service or a call center.
• Experience in the medical field and PHI/HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma, GED or vocational education required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and enter new patient orders and enrollments into the system.
• Contact patients to confirm insurance and provide out-of-pocket estimates.
• Manage outbound and inbound calls with patients and clinics, ensuring quality.
• Schedule remote INR testing training with contracted nurse trainers.
