Job summary

Philips is seeking an INR Enrollment Representative to be the first point of contact for new patients in the INR testing program. You will receive, process, and enter new patient orders and enrollments, coordinating with practices and patients by phone or email.

In this on-site role in Malvern, PA, you will verify insurance coverage, provide out-of-pocket estimates, manage inbound and outbound calls, and schedule remote INR testing training with contracted nurse trainers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data entry, customer service, or call center experience.
• Experience in medical field and knowledge of PHI/HIPAA preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and enter new patient order forms and faxed enrollments into the system.
• Follow up with practices and patients by phone or email to obtain missing information.
• Contact new patients to confirm insurance coverage and provide out-of-pocket cost estimates.
• Manage both outbound and inbound calls through the patient and clinic call center; meet quality standards.
• Schedule remote INR testing training with contracted nurse trainers.
