Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Senior Manager of Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training and quality programs for Patient Engagement Centers. You will partner with IT, clinics and operations to ensure consistent content and effective delivery.

The role requires experience in designing learning strategies, managing LMS, and creating engaging content across classroom, e-learning and blended formats.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a people-focused environment.
• 2+ years in call center training leadership.
• Experience designing and executing training programs.
• Familiar with LMS and multiple delivery modalities.
• Experience with authoring tools: Articulate 360, Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe CS.
• Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training and development of new and existing employees.
• Create, deliver and evaluate training materials for Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based content.
• Maintain training resources aligned with current processes.
• Coach, mentor and develop quality, training and development teams.
• Assess training needs and deliver job aides and SOPs as needed.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report outcomes to leadership.
