Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Senior Manager, Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training and associated quality programs for its Patient Engagement Centers. You will partner with IT, clinical staff and BPO partners to ensure content accuracy and effective delivery.

The role oversees content development, coaching of staff, and continuous improvement of training quality. A strong background in instructional design and LMS is required.

Qualifications

• Track record designing and executing training programs.
• Experience with classroom, e-learning, workshops, simulations.
• Experience with LMS and multiple delivery modalities (self-paced, mobile, instructor-led, asynchronous/synchronous e-learning, blended).
• Proficient with MS Office tools and especially Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and evaluate training material for the Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos and instructor-led content.
• Maintain training resources to align with current processes.
• Coach, develop and mentor the training and development team.
• Evaluate quality data and provide training recommendations.
