EyeCare Partners is seeking a Patient Engagement Center Senior Manager Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training and development across the organization, including BPO partners. The role drives QA for patient engagement interactions and partners with IT, clinics and operations to ensure content relevancy and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Design and implement onboarding and training programs.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience with various e-learning delivery modalities.
• Proven ability to manage quality assurance in a call center or patient services setting.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, deliver and evaluate training materials for Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based content.
• Maintain training resources to align with current processes.
• Coach, develop and mentor the training and quality teams.
• Monitor and report on training program effectiveness and quality metrics.
