Eye Care Partners Career Opportunities seeks a Senior Manager of Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training, and development for the Patient Engagement Centers. You will support BPO partners, ensure QA standards, and partner with IT, clinics, doctors, and operations to drive content relevance.

You will coach the team, manage LMS-based programs, and continually optimize training delivery and quality metrics across internal and external teams.

Qualifikationen

• Track record designing and executing effective training programs.
• Experience with diverse training methods: classroom, e-learning, workshops, simulations.
• Experience with LMS and multiple delivery modalities (self-paced, mobile, instructor-led, asynchronous and blended).
• Experience in eLearning development and course building with authoring tools.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Subject matter expert for Patient Engagement Center processes in Operations.
• Able to communicate in English clearly, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Create, deliver and evaluate training materials for Patient Engagement Centers.
• Develop e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led and web-based content.
• Maintain training resources to align with current processes.
• Coach, develop and mentor the quality, training and development team.
• Oversee quality evaluations on patient interactions and scorecard metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, clinics and operations to ensure content relevancy.
• Monitor training program effectiveness and report outcomes to leadership.
