Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Senior Manager of Training, Development and Quality Assurance to lead onboarding, training and ongoing staff development across the Patient Engagement Centers, including internal teams and BPO partners.

You will design and deliver training content, maintain documentation, and ensure quality expectations are met. Collaboration with IT, clinics and operations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of People Leadership experience
• 2+ years relevant experience training in a Call Center environment
• Experience with learning management systems and various delivery modalities
• Experience with eLearning development using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline 360
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training and development of new and existing employees
• Enable QA programs for Patient Engagement Centers including internal and BPO partners
• Develop e-learning modules, videos and instructor-led content
• Maintain and update training resources to reflect current processes
• Coach and mentor the training and quality teams
• Identify training needs and deliver job aids and SOPs
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure content relevance and consistency
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report on outcomes
