Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a full-time Patient Services Lead at Baptist Huntingdon, TN. You will coordinate patient meal service and supervise dining associates to ensure compassionate, accurate service in a healthcare setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of kitchen and lead experience, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and a ServSafe or Food Handler certification. Pay range is $16.00–$18.00 per hour with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate and read safety rules, manuals, and instructions.
• Must operate the hospital ADT system and other computer-based patient care records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient dining program operations and achieve service objectives.
• Supervise dining associates; assist with menu selections and tray delivery/pickup.
• Coordinate menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural needs.
• Interact with nursing to monitor daily meal selections and tray status.
• Ensure timely communication of patient concerns following procedures.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients with special diets.
