Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead the patient dining services team at a 200-bed acute care hospital. The role oversees about 18 staff, ensuring high-quality, compliant meal service and patient satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have healthcare food service leadership experience, knowledge of therapeutic diets, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an Associate degree with at least one year in food service.
• Minimum one year of supervisory/management experience in healthcare food service.
• CDM/DTR/RD credentials preferred; ServSafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily patient dining operations to ensure service, quality, and safety.
• Set departmental goals and implement patient food service programs meeting nutritional needs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop frontline team members; foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with diets and therapeutic nutrition requirements; maintain patient safety.
