Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Patient Services Lead at the Little River, SC location. The role involves coordinating patient meal service, training staff, and meeting nutrition needs with sensitivity to dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities include supervising dining associates, coordinating menu options with care teams, and ensuring accurate tray delivery and retrieval.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation instructions.
• Aptitude for operating hospital ADT systems and other patient-care software.
• Lrequent lifting/movement of up to 100 pounds is required with possible accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to meet strategic and operation goals of the Patient Dining Program.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure meals are assembled, delivered, and tray-pickup is performed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu options for allergies, sensitivities, or dietary preferences.
• Interact with nursing to monitor daily patient meal selections, tray completion, and delivery/retrieval processes.
• Respond to patients' needs promptly and escalate concerns per department procedures.
• Assist dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets or calorie counts.
• Uphold HIPAA, confidentiality, and the facility's rights policy.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health regulations, and sanitation procedures.
• Complete all required reports and participate in daily Morrison GR8 Start meetings.
