Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a part-time Patient Services Lead at Prisma Health Oconee Memorial in Seneca, SC. This role coordinates patient meal service and supports the Patient Dining Program.

You will train and supervise Patient Dining Associates, help with menu selections, and work with the care team to accommodate allergies, preferences, and dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate Patient Dining Associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems to meet objectives of the Patient Dining Program.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and assist with menu selections and tray delivery.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Monitor patient meal selections, tray completion, delivery and retrieval daily.
• Address patient needs promptly, following department procedures.
• Assist dietitians with patients on special diets or calorie counts.
• Follow HIPAA and health/sanitation regulations.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in policies.
• Lead daily team meetings using GR8 Start guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
