Qualifications

• Food and customer service experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules and operation manuals.
• Experience with hospital ADT and computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and special requests for the Patient Dining Program.
• Ensure Patient Dining Associates are trained and units are properly staffed.
• Supervise tray assembly, delivery, and pickup and assist with menu selections.
• Collaborate with nursing and culinary teams on dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety standards; follow HACCP guidelines.
