• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and support tray service.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives.
• Interact with nursing to review patient meal selections daily.
• Address patient needs promptly following department procedures.
• Assist dietitians with patients on special diets and calorie counts.
• Adhere to HIPAA and facility confidentiality policies.
• Follow HACCP and local health and sanitation regulations.
