Qualifikationen

• Five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare food service or related operational environment.
• Experience managing large teams in high-volume patient dining or food service settings.
• Knowledge of food service operations, patient satisfaction, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day patient dining and meal service operations in a high-volume healthcare environment.
• Ensure meals are accurate, timely, and compliant with prescribed diets with hospitality focus.
• Manage budgets, labor productivity, and operational efficiency to maximize client value.
• Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and continuously improve dining experience.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, service standards, and patient meal accuracy.
• Direct safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Coach and mentor managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to build a high-performing team.
• Foster relationships with Clinical Nutrition, Nursing, and hospital leadership.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing controls, and resource utilization.
• Support strategic initiatives, quality improvement, and performance metrics.
• Promote service excellence and patient-centered care.
