Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a Patient Food Services Manager to lead patient dining operations and ensure high-quality service across the campus. You will supervise meal assembly, align with medical direction and dietary needs, manage resources safely, and drive patient satisfaction programs while upholding regulatory standards and contract obligations.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field (or Associate’s with related experience).
• Minimum of three years in acute/long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to participate in patient satisfaction programs.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees patient food service implementation based on medical direction and contract.
• Plans and supervises patient food assembly and service.
• Complies with dietary restrictions to meet preferences.
• Adheres to regulatory agencies including Joint Commission.
• Participates in Performance Improvement initiatives to improve patient care.
• Follows safety policies and contributes to reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
