Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead hospital dining operations in Atlanta, GA. This hands-on leadership role drives patient satisfaction through team development and diet-compliant service.

You will partner with clinical teams, oversee meal preparation and dietary accuracy, and strive for service excellence in a fast-paced acute care environment. Adept at training staff, maintaining safety standards, and delivering a consistent patient

Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least one year of foodservice or related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in foodservice technology, management, or a related field.
• At least one year of foodservice management experience; acute care experience preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietetic Technician, or Registered Dietitian credential preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet office systems.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient foodservice operations, aligning service with medical direction and the needs of the patient population.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop patient services team members.
• Ensure meals meet prescribed diet requirements while accommodating patient preferences within those guidelines.
• Set clear service expectations and lead efforts to improve patient satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, regulatory, accreditation, confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient rights requirements.
• Partner with clinical and hospital teams to address patient needs and improve service.
• Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide quality improvement programs.
