Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Patient Services Manager II to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on directing food service operations, staff coaching, and ensuring dietary compliance to meet patient needs.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (or bachelor’s) in food service-related fields, with at least one year in food service management and familiarity with EMR and diet office systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with one year work experience in food services or related field, or bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field
• Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in food service management in an acute care setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, EMR and diet office systems

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs based on medical direction and patient population
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members
• Complies with dietary restrictions to meet diet order limitations
• Ensures patient services staff assist in achieving patient satisfaction goals
• Complies with regulatory standards and HIPAA, patient rights policies
• Leads patient satisfaction programs and QA/PI activities
