Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation instructions.
• Aptitude for effectively operating hospital ADT system and other computer-based patient care records.
• Lift/move up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts with reasonable accommodations available.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to achieve the Patient Dining Program objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and assist with menu selections and tray delivery/pick-up.
• Coordinate menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural/religious preferences.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily meal selections, tray completion, and delivery.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and communicate concerns with the team.
