Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Patient Services Lead at Poplar Bluff Regional in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. You will coordinate patient meal service, train staff, and ensure units are properly staffed to serve patients with care.

You will supervise Patient Dining Associates, help with menu selections, and work with caregivers and culinary team to accommodate allergies, cultures, and dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation instructions.
• Aptitude for operating hospital ADT and other patient-care systems.
• Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems to meet patient dining program objectives.
• Supervise staff to assist patients with menu selections and tray delivery.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary team for patient dietary needs and allergies.
• Interact with nursing to monitor daily meal selections and tray processes.
• Address patient concerns promptly and follow department procedures.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on restricted diets.
• Comply with HIPAA and health/sanitation regulations.
• Conduct daily staff meetings and follow Morrison GR8 Start guidelines.
