Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation instructions.
• The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and special requests for the Patient Dining Program.
• Train Patient Dining Associates and ensure units are properly staffed.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu options for allergies and preferences.
• Interact with nursing and monitor patient meal selection and tray delivery.
• Adhere to HIPAA and health/sanitation regulations; follow HACCP guidelines.
