Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Services Lead at WakeMed in Cary, NC. You will coordinate patient meal service, manage requests, and ensure associates are trained and staffed for the Patient Dining Program.

This full-time role requires prior customer service experience and strong communication skills. You will work Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to read and communicate clearly, including safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and special requests in the Patient Dining Program.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates to assist with menu selections, tray assembly, and delivery/pick-up.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for dietary needs and preferences.
• Monitor patient meal selections, tray completion, delivery, and retrieval on a daily basis.
• Report issues promptly to appropriate personnel following department procedures.
• Assist dietitians and monitor patients on specific diets or calorie counts.
