Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Services Lead at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. The role coordinates patient meal service and special requests, ensuring trained associates and properly staffed units to provide compassionate service.

The Full-time position runs 7:00 am–8:30 pm with varied days. Prior related experience is required, and the pay range is $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.
• Aptitude for effectively operating hospital’s ADT system and other computer-based systems.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to achieve strategic and operational objectives of the Patient Dining Program.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure meal tray assembly, delivery, and pick-up.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for dietary needs.
