Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Patient Services Lead for a full-time schedule at Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center. The role coordinates patient meal service, trains Dining Associates, and ensures staff coverage for the Patient Dining Program.

Strong leadership and patient-focused service are essential. The position requires prior patient services and lead experience, with a daily 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior patient services and lead experience required.
• Aptitude for effectively operating hospital’s ADT system and other computer-based systems managing patient care records.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds with reasonable accommodations available.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to achieve program objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates to ensure menu selections and tray delivery.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies, cultures, or preferences.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selections and tray processes.
• Communicate problems or concerns to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Assist dietitians in monitoring patients on restricted diets.
