Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Patient Experience Manager in Bristol, TN. You will coordinate patient experience activities, monitor satisfaction initiatives, and ensure compliance with CMS/JCAHO while supporting hospital committees and driving account retention.

The role requires strong organizational and coaching skills, with experience in service-oriented operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training.
• 3-4 years experience in service-oriented operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all patient experience activities within the assigned system.
• Monitor and negotiate patient satisfaction initiatives to maximize client satisfaction and account retention.
• Administer client/customer surveys and respond promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (CMS, JCAH0).
• Support hospital committees and participate in meetings.
• Prepare and present patient satisfaction reports to management.
• Develop and monitor department action plans to meet accounts’ needs.
