Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience required.
• 2 years of patient dining experience preferred.
• Must read, write and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer suitable menu options.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals accurately and timely.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and infection control policies; protect patient confidentiality.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets.
• Prepare reports as outlined in Morrison Healthcare policies.
