Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at Stafford Hospital in Stafford, VA for full-time and part-time positions with varied schedules and competitive pay.

Join the caregiving team to assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure safety and satisfaction by following HIPAA, HACCP, and nutrition requirements. Prior serving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness following HACCP and HIPAA policies.
• Communicate patient concerns to appropriate staff and complete required reports.
• Support dietitians and caregivers as needed.
• Follow facility infection control and sanitation procedures.
