Job Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE/DIETARY AIDE position at Atrium Health Pineville, located at 10628 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule and Requirements

• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary, including twelve-hour shifts with rotating weekends. More details provided during interview.
• Requirement: Prior customer service experience is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are met.
• Coordinate with nursing and culinary teams to accommodate allergies, cultural, and religious preferences.
• Manage tray tickets, assemble meals accurately, and retrieve trays at scheduled times.
• Adhere to regulatory standards, confidentiality policies, and infection control procedures.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets or with specific calorie needs.
• Report issues promptly and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts.
