Job summary

Towne is seeking a Greeter Service Ambassador to welcome patients to the facility in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner, assist with inquiries and directions, and input patient data into the hospital system while protecting privacy per HIPAA standards.

Requires a high school diploma, ability to pass background and drug screen, and strong communication and data-entry skills. Part-time evenings 5pm–9pm Monday–Friday with weekend availability; no travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; background check and drug screen required.
• Strong written and spoken English; excellent interpersonal communication.
• Proficient data entry and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Enter patient information into the hospital database accurately.
