Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a part-time Greeter Service Ambassador to welcome patients at the facility with a friendly and efficient approach. You will assist with inquiries, directions and initial questions, and enter patient information into the hospital database while protecting patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA standards.

The role requires strong English communication, data entry skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background/drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system.
• Excellent reading, writing and comprehension of English; able to type and perform basic computer tasks.
• Strong communication, data entry and phone etiquette; patient privacy (HIPAA) must be maintained.
