Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a friendly per diem guest services associate to welcome patients and visitors, screen for safety, and provide directions across our campus. You will support multiple departments and help ensure a welcoming, confidential environment.

The role requires strong communication, a background in customer service, and basic computer skills. Per diem scheduling offers flexibility to fit various shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 1 year Customer service-related work. Required
• Bilingual. Preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exemplary first impression.
• Screen and assist guests per policy; provide information and directions.
• Listen attentively and treat guests with dignity and respect.
• Use Epic and other systems to enter/retrieve data.
• Answer phones, route calls, and provide routine information.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient privacy.
• Watch for safety issues and report as needed.
• Liaise between patient families, clinical staff, and physicians.
• Assist with COVID-19 specimen collection when required, with PPE.
