Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at our hotel, hospital or casino sites. You’ll assist with inquiries, directions and initial questions, delivering a warm, efficient guest experience.

Typical shifts are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and 12pm–8pm, with a high school diploma required and the ability to pass a background check. Prior customer service helps, and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system.
• Ability to read, speak and write standard English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely per standards.
• Assist visitors with directions, information and inquiries.
• Provide guests with information about facilities and area attractions.
• Respect confidentiality of patient and business information.
