Job summary

Penn Medicine's Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking an Ambassador Hospital Concierge for the PeriOp Operations HUP team at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine, Philadelphia. Day shift, 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) with a 5:30am–3:00pm schedule and variant start times.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, visitors and families, guiding them to appointments, coordinating transports, and assisting immobile patients with mobility and safety.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED is required.
• Associate of Arts or Science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors and families with information and directions.
• Assist immobile patients in getting in/out of vehicles and wheelchairs safely.
• Manage visitor flow at entrances and coordinate Outpatient Transports and paratransit.
