Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Experience in a call center or switchboard environment preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processes high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and messages.
• Maintains accurate information and documentation for referrals and class/event schedules.
• Uses databases and software to access and process patient and community information.
• Handles scheduling, referrals, and payments with confidentiality and accuracy.
