Responsibilities

• Greet patients, family members and visitors.
• Assist with phone calls for patients.
• Direct people to testing, surgery, medical records, etc.
• Act as a liaison between ER staff and patients/families.
• Escort and assist visitors with directions and dispositions.
• Keep lobby and triage areas clean and stocked.
• Conduct continuous rounds every 15 minutes to monitor needs.
