Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a door attendant for the Rochester, MN campus to assist patients and guests arriving or departing by car, van, or taxi. You will help with directions, mobility support, and general inquiries within a busy hospital setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Shift work includes days/evenings and weekends with rotating days off.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma/or equivalent or higher education is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
• Previous hospital or clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and guests to and from cars, courtesy vans, shuttle busses, or taxis.
• Provide direction, mobility assistance, and answer general questions.
• Maintain loading zones, transport patients and belongings, and coordinate with taxi/courtesy vehicles.
