Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Parking Attendant for our Rochester campus in Minnesota. You will enforce parking policies, assist patients and visitors, and manage cash transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid Minnesota driver’s license, and prior customer service experience. You’ll work varied shifts in a nonexempt, on-site role within the Parking & Transportation team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Minnesota driver's license.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a ramp attendant preferred.
• Must communicate in English clearly; good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enforce parking policies daily as per committee guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions and assist as a cashier at ramps.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain daily revenue records.
• Work in a small booth with exposure to weather and noise.
