• Act as host/hostess for guests on the Executive Level floors, providing attentive, world-class service.
• Deliver a personalized experience and anticipate guest needs proactively.
• Assist with dinner reservations, transportation, theater tickets, and other concierge services.
• Make pre-arrival calls to VIP guests and arrange VIP amenities for suites.
• Receive VIP guests curbside and provide orientation to suites and Executive Lounge.
