Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3 years of customer service experience or college diploma with 4 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in physician offices, scheduling, or service industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use scheduling/registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries and promote Mayo Clinic services.
• Schedule appointments, register patients, and manage check-in/check-out.
• Support patient needs and assist with rooming and clerical tasks.
• Handle on-call rotation and address operational issues as they arise.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication to uphold Mayo Clinic standards.
