Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3 years in a medical office, and strong EPIC and CPT/ICD9 knowledge. Travel between clinics is required for coverage and workflow support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in a medical office setting required.
• Proficiency with medical office software, CPT/ICD9 coding understanding, and EPIC systems.

Responsibilities

• Front desk check-in and check-out with accurate registration and patient information.
• Verify and update patient demographics, insurance, and contact details.
• Manage incoming calls and route to appropriate department.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments per templates and guidelines.
• Process referrals and ensure proper scheduling and tracking.
• Collect and process patient payments and assist with questions.
