Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings, NE is seeking a full-time Patient Rep/Scheduling Specialist in a medical clinic setting. You will be the front-line for patients, handling registration, insurance verification, authorization, and scheduling tasks with care.

Responsibilities include using the EMR to register patients, verify information, coordinate tests and appointments, complete check-in/out, and support other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 1 year related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Timely, courteous, and accurate collection of patient information for registration, insurance verification and scheduling.
• Proficient use of the current EMR for patient registration and scheduling processes.
• Schedules patient appointments and coordinates with diagnostic tests and other departments.
• Completes registration and check-in/out in a clinical setting.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
