ChenMed in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Care Facilitator to be the patient’s first contact. You will greet patients, check them in/out, schedule visits, and coordinate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in a medical setting, strong communication, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with ChenMed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from a Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet and check patients in/out; schedule appointments.
• Serve as gatekeeper for PCP and Specialist schedules.
• Update patient info in EMR; print forms and respond to emails.
• Make love calls and send birthday/greeting cards to patients.
• Answer phones and route messages to appropriate staff.
• Communicate information about ChenMed clinical personnel to patients.
