Job summary

TEKsystems in Leesburg, VA is hiring a Medical Front Desk Specialist to be the face of the clinic. This on-site contract-to-hire role involves greeting patients, scheduling, data entry, and guiding visitors through the visit.

You will check in/out patients, handle calls, maintain patient records, and support providers with scheduling while delivering a positive patient experience. Weekdays only; compensation is $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service, front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and data entry.
• Ability to multitask between patients, phones, and scheduling.
• Reliable and professional with strong attendance.
• Experience in healthcare, medical offices, scheduling, EMR systems, or insurance verification is a plus.

Responsibilities
