TEKsystems in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Patient Services Administrator to greet patients, manage appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-up visits, and maintain accurate EMR records. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday contract-to-hire role with consistent hours.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, reception or administrative experience, comfort with computers, and the ability to multitask while staying accurate and professional.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, administration, patient services, retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Dependable attendance and a team-first mindset.
• Healthcare, scheduling, insurance, or EMR experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and create a welcoming experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-up visits.
• Handle inbound calls and assist with patient questions.
• Update patient information and maintain accurate records in the EMR system.
• Support providers and clinic staff with daily administrative needs.
• Balance patient interactions, phone support, and computer work throughout the day.
