You will handle calls, assist with questions, document notes in the EMR, and balance duties across phones, EMR, and in-person patient support in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk Operations - Check patients in and out, complete patient registration, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage daily front desk workflow.
• Patient Support - Provide general customer service, assist patients with needs, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Phone & Communication - Answer incoming calls, assist patients with questions, and route calls as needed.
• EMR Documentation - Document doctor notes and update patient files in the EMR system.
• Multitasking - Balance simultaneous demands including assisting doctors, supporting patients at the desk, and managing phone volume.
• Workload Breakdown: Phones (33%), Computer/EMR (33%), In-person patient support (33%).
