SportsCare Physical Therapy is seeking a patient‑focused Medical Receptionist to be the first friendly face in the clinic. You will manage appointments, verify insurance details, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient records to ensure smooth daily operations.

This full‑time role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with EHR systems and MS Office. You will support a collaborative team and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin cert is a plus.
• Prior medical/healthcare receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computer software including EHR and MS Office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures advantageous.
• Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Friendly, approachable, customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients with a welcoming demeanor.
• Schedule patient appointments coordinating with clinical team.
