SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our Northern New Jersey team. You will handle front desk tasks, scheduling, insurance verifications, and data entry, ensuring a smooth patient flow and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone, and direct inquiries.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Complete insurance verifications.
• Maintain patient records and data entry accuracy.
• Keep patient appointments on schedule and notify providers of delays.
• Maintain patient accounts and update financial information.
• Record and collect patient charges and manage third-party claims.
• Protect patient confidentiality and data privacy.
• Follow office policies and contribute to team goals.
