Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to warmly greet patients, gather necessary information, and facilitate sales while ensuring an outstanding patient experience. You will bridge the retail and clinical services teams, perform basic eye tests, and support appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, ability to build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Proactive problem solving to address potential patients' concerns or objections.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work with a team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store, identify needs, and promote products/services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter patient history and information in the system; perform pre-tests and basic vision tests.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and communication of status.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and assist with lab activities when needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses and accuracy of customer orders.
