Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of related experience or training.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Must be reliable and able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone).
• Answer phones (external and internal) with prompt, courteous service.
• Practice urgency with patients’ time and Doctor’s schedule.
• Manage patient flow in the office.
• Know common visit fees and collect correct payments.
• Complete daily reconciliations and close day cash drawer.
• Perform general office duties and cleaning as assigned by manager.
