Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient registration and escort patients and guests to their destination by walking or wheelchair.
• Respond promptly to patient, family and team member requests and assist in identifying needs and securing referrals/services.
• Collect data and documentation to identify areas for improving customer service and assist in policy/procedure changes.
• Direct complaints, concerns and compliments to appropriate team members and leaders and document reports.
