Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between patients, families and hospital staff to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Verify patient registration and escort patients and guests to their destination.
• Respond to requests promptly and identify patient and family needs for referrals and services.
• Document services provided and support continuous improvement in customer service.
• Support leadership in pursuing process improvements and program evaluation.
